The mission of the Tucson Children's Museum is to

EXCITE children about learning,
INSPIRE them to set goals important to their futures, and to 
CHALLENGE them to reach their full potential.

The Children's Museum accomplishes these goals by providing fun, interactive, educational exhibits and hands-on programs.

Location:

200 S. Sixth Avenue between 12th and 13th streets.

Parking:

Designated space for school buses; 
street metered for cars.

Hours of operation:

Tuesday through Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12 Noon to 5:00 p.m.
Closed Mondays

Admission fees:

$5.50  Adults
$4.50  Seniors
$3.50  Children 2 through 16 years
Free for children under 24 months

Arranging a Visit:

Reservations are required for groups of 10 or more.

 

Unguided group rate is $3.50 per person, with one free adult for every five children.

 

Guided tour fee is $4.00 per person with one free adult for every five children.

REQUIRED: One ADULT for every 5 children.

Your class may be eligible for FREE admission and a bus subsidy for Zap, Crackle, Zoom! or When You Grow Up, if 50% of your school is part of the free lunch program.
